
Ingredients
2 litres supermarket brand ice-cream
1 packet of supermarket ginger nut biscuits
Method
Using a bowl, crunch up the biscuits using a rolling pin (or similar) into a rough crumb. Add Ice-cream and mix with a potato masher until mixed together.
Simple as that… enjoy!
To add extra panache, baileys, tia maria or brandy can be added with any of your favourite ingredients!
